DESCRIPTION:Seraphic Fire\, South Florida’s GRAMMY®-nominated\, professional vocal ensemble\, presents the first performance of the Enlightenment Festival week celebrating both Icons and Hidden Figures in the Romantic era. Led by conductor James K. Bass\, 13 world-class singers will perform expressive songs from brilliant\, yet under-recognized composers – Clara Schumann\, Fanny Mendelssohn Hensel\, and Samuel Coleridge-Taylor – and from artists who have traditionally defined the era – Robert Schumann\, Felix Mendelssohn\, and Franz Schubert.
