Schedule of Regular Services
Sundays, 8:00 a.m.
Contemplative Mass with meditation and prayers. No music.
Sundays, 10: 30 a.m.
Eucharist*, Rite II** with sermon and music. This service is a High Episcopal Mass. It is as beautiful, solemn, fragrant, and holy as we can make it.
In Children’s Chapel during the 10:30 Sunday service, children participate in a child-friendly service of readings, prayer, and a talk given by one of our clergy, and then join their parents for the second part of the Mass when we share the bread and wine of Holy Communion. Children are always welcome at the Eucharist in the Church.
For babies attending the 10:30 service who may be tired, hungry, or just bored there is a “crying room” with a window for them and their parents in the back of the church. You are welcome to use this room at any time.
*”The Eucharist” is also known as Holy Eucharist, The Mass, Holy Communion, and The Lord’s Supper
** “Rite II” refers to the contemporary language of the Mass offered in the 1979 Book of Common Prayer
