Benefit Concert to Help Syrian Refugees
Support Project Hope
There are currently 65.5 million refugees around the world, the largest number of refugees since World War II. They have escaped violence and persecution and continue to face hardships that we may never know. As winter draws near, the harsh reality of being displaced becomes even more unbearable. Overcrowded camps, wet tents, cold days and nights and rampant sickness create an even more difficult reality.

Lesbos, Greece has been at the forefront of the refugee crisis and currently houses over 8000 refugees in two camps, Moria and Kara Tepe. These camps were designed to hold 3000 people, but are now at triple capacity. Project Hope collaborates with humanitarian and relief organizations to aid refugees by providing health and medical supplies, volunteers, translators and by designing and implementing health and educational programs.

Benefit Concert:

Saturday, December 2 – Music for Hope: Harmonies Du Soir Piano Concert – 7:00 p.m.

If you are unable to attend the concert, you can still provide support by purchasing a ticket for a student/senior who otherwise would not be able to afford to attend. All donations and proceeds from the event go directly to fund Project Hope’s work and programs in these camps. Take action now and help us bring a bit of relief to those who so need it.Piano recital to benefit aid work among Syrian refugees in Greece ( buy tickets here)
